"My experience with Brandon Reinhard at this location was horrible, and he needs to be fired. Our homes are our investments and our livelihoods, do not trust him or this branch with something as serious as this. He was unprofessional, unresponsive, unclear, and disrespectful. Brandon Reinhard failed to give me clear instructions on what was needed on my end to obtain my home insurance, causing me to make multiple unnecessary phone calls and giving me the run around. Once I got the inspection completed as asked, it took me months, multiple follow up phone calls and emails to receive any kind of response back from him. I had to do so many follow ups that I had to have my partner take over, once my partner had reached him, Brandon said that my inspection was no longer valid, and that I needed ADDITIONAL information from my mortgage company. This was not asked for in the beginning as well. When my partner became annoyed and asked why he wasn't returning our calls, Brandon then told us that he doesn't need to do anything for us, and that we can find another insurance company. Find another insurance company or agent."

We have many rules on getting applications back and/or submitting required paperwork to the carrier in a timely manner. Unfortunately that was the issue we had here is not getting the application back in a timely manner to submit to the carrier. I hope you understand and I wish you luck in acquiring home insurance. Landrau and Natalie Serna, who both helped me make changes to my home and auto insurance policies. "I have been a customer for quite some time and over the past year I am disappointed in the lack of follow through and response from the office. I called and left a vm regarding renters insurance and received no call back and as a result decided to go with another company. I sent an email regarding a policy change and didn’t get a response to confirm the change. It’s very frustrating to have to continue hunt down the assistance you need. The product provided is good but wish more customer service was there."
